Tan V. Wilson, PMP

Tan Wilson, a certified PMP, is an accomplished proposal and marketing management expert with over 20 years of win successes, managing and implementing business development and program management strategies across various business sectors in the federal and commercial arenas.

Tan’s capture and proposal experience makes her a keenly strategic business development professional. Having managed large government IDIQ‘s and BPA contracts, she understands both the capture and proposal processes for complex large government programs.

While serving as the Director for Federal Programs for Small Businesses, 8a, Women-owned, Minority-owned, Small Disadvantaged Businesses, HUBZone and Disabled Veteran-owned Small Businesses, Tan was familiar with the resource constraints of these fast-growing entities and was instrumental in providing not only direction, but resourceful and effective solutions.  Unfortunately, most Small Businesses are focused on producing quality products and services, but few resources remain to fully tap into their growth potential.

In addition to her PMP certification, Tan holds a dual BS degrees in Chemistry and Political Science from Albright College. Her analytical skills result in objective, process-driven solutions that are deep rooted in such industry best practices as the Shipley Proposal Method and PMI’s Body of Knowledge (PMBOK).
