He is the first naval officer to serve three times as an aviation weapons school instructor, including roles at TOPGUN’s sister institutions. He is the author of “Tell it Like a TOPGUN: Create Weapons School Worthy Presentations,” a five-star-rated guide to compelling communication.
Jeff holds a B.S. in Computer Science, an M.S. in Adult Learning, and is APMP Certified. From 2013 to 2024, he led a workforce development firm serving top-tier aerospace and defense clients, helping double competitive win rates through strategic communication and proposal training.
