Entellect was founded by Tan Wilson in 2005 as a consulting firm providing primarily Capture and Proposal Management services. Today, Entellect is a full life-cycle business development boutique company that provides a variety of services to small, mid-tier and large businesses. Entellect was instrumental in capturing and winning more than $500B in IDIQ contracts and more than $3B in requirements-based Federal awards. These awards include highly competitive and coveted vehicles such as the GSA OASIS-SB (all Pools 1, 2, and 3), GSA 8a STARS, NIH CIOSP3-SB, NIHCATSII, VA VECTOR, and several other Agency-specific IDIQ contracts.

She has over 23 years of extensive business development and program management experience across Federal and commercial business sectors and is well versed in leading large project teams with diverse stakeholders.

With over 18 years of contracts management experience, Ms. Ellison leads Contracts Support and Compliance Services. She possesses expert understanding of the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR), Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation (DFAR), the Uniform Commercial Code (UCC), and the Contracts Management Body of Knowledge (CMBOK).
GSA expert for schedules including schedule recovery, modifications, and pricing.

Ms. Ford is a trusted consultant with more than 20 years of experience planning and executing new acquisitions, developing and maintaining procurement and acquisition schedules, Price-to-Win (PTW) contract pricing, contract management, program control, purchasing, accounting, and financial analysis. She is a thought-provoking team player who has supported state/local, civilian, defense, and intelligence communities. She is a Certified Professional Contracts Manager (CPCM) with a keen understanding of effective business practices, contract compliance, FAR, and price-to-win solutions.
