Bid Phase (Proposal)

Post-Bid Phase (Program)

Our work in this phase includes collection and assembling lessons learned, contract negotiation, and program initiation. We make contract phase-in as smooth as possible through proposal closeout activities to ensure thorough knowledge management and transition.
